SEASON TICKETS
Season tickets for three consecutive seminars in the same series will cost the sum of the prices then ruling for the first two events, with the third event free. Different delegates can be nominated for each seminar.

SUBSTITUTION AND TRANSFERS
If after booking you find you cannot attend, do send a colleague. Alternatively, you can transfer to any other seminar in the same series on payment of a small administration fee, plus any increase in price then ruling. The fee is £10 + VAT up to one week before the original event and £20 + VAT
thereafter up to one weekday after the event. This includes each seminar covered by a season ticket. Seminar handouts will be sent to anyone who does not attend and does not transfer.

GUARANTEE
A full refund is available, if you attend, at any time up to one
week after the event. No questions asked.

THE SMALL PRINT
We reserve the right to change the venue or course date at any time. Should we have to cancel a course, a full refund will be made. Our liability will be limited to a full refund of any fee paid. In the event of cancellation or change of venue, delegates will be notified as soon as practicable, via email.

Paying By Cheque

Provisional bookings may be made by completing the on line form at www.gbmconsultants.com or contacting GB Management Consultants on 01344 429510. These bookings will be held for 10 days or until 14 daysbefore the course, whichever comes sooner, at which point GB Management Consultants reserves the right to reallocate the course place. Places will be confirmed on receipt of payment.

A VAT invoice will be sent once your application is received. Payment may be made by sending a cheque payable to GB Management Consultants to the following address:

Paying By Credit or Debit Card

Availability can be checked on the TViBiz secure server, where payment can be made using a credit or debit card to confirm your place immediately. A VAT receipt will be automatically provided. The name "TViBiz" will appear on your statement.
